Over the past 11 years, my journey from mobile coaching to private studios has taught me one thing: a great coach meets you exactly where you are. I built Unit Seven Fitness to be more than just a gym; I wanted a community where everyone feels they belong, regardless of their starting point. Whether you’re picking up a weight for the first time or you’re an athlete chasing an extra edge, our space is designed for all abilities.

I specialise across the full performance spectrum- from Strength and Conditioning to expert Pre and Post-Natal coaching, making the complex feel achievable for everyone I work with.

My philosophy is built on the belief that training should be the best hour of your day. It’s so important to enjoy the process and the community around you; while our work is intelligent and purposeful, I believe you get your best results when you enjoy the environment you're training in. At Unit Seven, I’ve used my journey to create a space that prioritises the individual, ensuring every session is a step towards a stronger, more capable version of yourself

Personal Trainer

At Unit Seven Fitness, my utmost priority is to make sure that you enjoy your fitness journey, whatever your goal! If you’re feeling those pre-gym jitters that everyone feels, rest assured, I have been there. I started my own journey as a client because I too was intimidated about stepping into a gym and had no idea what I was doing. Unlike some people who claim they can relate to that feeling, I truly can.

Now, as a Trainer, it’s my job to help you achieve your goals with a smile on your face. With years of experience already under my belt, whatever your aim, I will be there to guide you. Whether you’re at the very start, the middle, or need that one final push, I’ll make sure to get you across the finish line. With dedicated training plans, nutritional support and most importantly a personal approach, I’ll ensure to make sure Unit Seven is a place you look forward to coming to

Daniel Clements 

Sports Masseuse & Rehabilitation Specialist 

At Unit Seven Fitness, my focus is on keeping you moving and performing at your best through targeted sports massage and effective injury recovery. Whether you're dealing with tightness, soreness, or the demands of consistent training, I provide treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and keep you progressing without setbacks. 

My experience comes from working within a university clinic and alongside multiple football teams, supporting athletes in high-performance environments. I also regularly play tennis with a local club at Knowle Hill, which gives me a real understanding of the physical demands of sports & training. 

Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I bring that same level of commitment and energy into every session.
