IN JUST 45 MINUTES, YOU’LL MOVE THROUGH A HIGH-ENERGY CIRCUIT ENGINEERED TO CHALLENGE BOTH YOUR STRENGTH AND YOUR AEROBIC CAPACITY. FROM EXPLOSIVE SLED PUSHES ACROSS THE ASTRO TRACK TO THE RAW INTENSITY OF THE SKIERG AND ASSAULT BIKE, THIS CLASS INCORPORATES THE FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS OF COMPETITIVE FITNESS. YOU CAN EXPECT A DYNAMIC MIX OF WALL BALLS, SQUATS, AND LUNGES THAT ENSURES EVERY SECOND IS MAXIMISED FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE.

BEYOND THE WORKOUT, THE TRAINING LAB IS DRIVEN BY SHARED ENERGY.
